If you’ve never curled in one of our bonspiels, you’re missing out. It could be the competitive curling, or the super-fun atmosphere, or the fantastic food, or the Wheel of Fun, or the shenanigans, or the free beer. Or, it could be all of those things. Regardless, our bonspiels fill up fast for a really good reason.

The 11th Annual Open Bonspiel is our most competitive bonspiel. It’s scheduled for Dec. 1-3 and is already full. You need to be quick on the trigger when registration opens for this one. If you’re still interested, contact us to be on our waiting list.

The Rock & Beer Spiel is not quite as competitive as the 11th Annual but it ranks higher on the Fun-O-Meter. More great food, costumes, rock & roll, shenanigans, etc. Dates are Jan. 19-21. Watch our website for the start of registration.

This is the second year for our two-day Rolling Doubles Bonspiel, which is for doubles teams. It filled up last year, and everyone had a blast. Dates are Feb. 24-25. Again, watch for details on registration.

We’re hosting two new one-day bonspiels this year, called the Friendly Spiels. They’re mixers for Brainerd curlers and curlers from St. Cloud’s new North Star Curling Club. It’s a fun way to support a new club and build some relationships. Dates are Nov. 11 and March 9. Welcome to North Star!

Our season ends with our two-day club bonspiel called the Fran Holden Memorial Bonspiel. Dates are March 23-24. Fran Holden donated $1 million to our curling club to build our arena. The bonspiel pays tribute to Fran and all the joy that came with her donation.
