Rock & Beer Bonspiel:  January 22-25

Due to the many requests we have from curlers trying to get into our great spiels we are expanding the Rock and Beer spiel this year from 32 to 40 teams.

With the larger field and four sheets of ice the bonspiel will now start on Thursday evening and continue through Sunday.  This will mean we will have two draws Thursday night (6 pm and 8 pm) then Friday draws will start at 9 am.  If you aren’t able to curl Thursday night your Friday draw time will be one of the three times – 9 am, 11 am or 1 pm.

We will still have live music, and the beer, seltzers, soda, etc. will remain free all weekend with cocktails discounted to $3 each.  Three game guarantee.  We will also keep you fed all weekend with meals provided throughout the event. The extended schedule gives everyone more time to relax at the club, check out local spots, and enjoy the Brainerd Lakes area.

We will open registration to last year’s teams on Monday 11/24.  Registration for all others will open on Monday 12/1 at 8am.  We are excited to welcome back returning teams and to give more new teams a chance to be part of the Rock and Beer Spiel.
